The Ginever Alliance, officially known as the Ginever Service Alliance (GSA) between 2009-2011, is an international alliance spread across several different countries. It was founded by Robert Dennington in the latter half of 2009. The primary purpose of the alliance is to create a stable link between small organisations, groups of people, and services in various parts of the world, allowing them to pool their limited resources together in order to further the development of online projects. The name is a combination of "Ginever" and "Alliance".

Members of the alliance may contribute whatever resources they wish to any project. Contributors continue to hold limited rights to their resources, and may request to have their resources removed from a project as long as their contributions are not fundamental to its continuation. This system was devised to be fair on members, since it does not create a 'takeover' scenario where contributors are concerned about loss of property or administrative rights, which helps to maintain a stable, friendly atmosphere where people do not squabble over ownership of content.

The alliance hosts a network of websites which are designed to support its day-to-day activities. At the heart of this network is Ginever.net, a tightly-knit community forum which is jointly administrated by the directors of the alliance. It is used both as a social communication tool and as a support base, allowing people to sign up for the social aspect and gain respect within the alliance community before undertaking in or contributing to a major project. A user ranking system rewards members who demonstrate long-term commitment and regularly contribute to alliance activities.

As part of its ethos of working together, the alliance usually chooses to elect most of its staff via community elections. Members who have demonstrated their commitment to the alliance may apply for any electable staffing position they choose, and after the application phase, positions with multiple applicants enter into a public election phase that allows other members to openly voice their opinions and vote for the applicant who they feel will do the best job. Available positions include, but are not limited to: Recruitment Officer, Arcade Manager, and Multimedia Developer.

The roots of the alliance come from the B-Cool Family, a small ring of affiliated sites operated by RJD Enterprise Solutions between 2006 and 2009.
